Exchange and return

We guarantee the quality of the goods presented on the site. We and our relatives and friends use these goods.

The company returns and exchanges all goods presented on the site in accordance with the current requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. Check the goods upon receipt. If it does not suit you according to some criteria, you have the right to refuse it. Goods that have not been used, have a proper appearance and unbroken branded labels and tags are subject to exchange or return.

Refunds are made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to us, and check its proper appearance.

Perfumery and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
